About the Role

This role sits within the growth squad - a dedicated team focused on building and iterating customer-facing features that drive acquisition and engagement. You’ll be the first embedded frontend engineer in this squad, working closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
You’ll focus on largely greenfield builds, with an emphasis on experimentation and rapid iteration to test new customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing

Develop, maintain, and optimise customer-facing web interfaces using Vue.js and TypeScript

Build greenfield features across onboarding, acquisition, and conversion flows

Drive experimentation workstreams - shipping and iterating quickly to test new customer experiences

Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and PMs to create elegant, performant UIs

Contribute to the component library and frontend standards used across teams

Help implement best practices in performance, accessibility, and frontend architecture
What you bring

Strong commercial experience in frontend engineering

Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred, React very welcome)

Strong TypeScript fundamentals and experience with design systems or component libraries

Comfort working in a CI/CD cloud-native environment (AWS experience ideal)

Pragmatic mindset with a focus on user outcomes and business impact
