This is a chance to join a brand-new team, working alongside our new Cloud Engineering Manager, to define best-in-class endpoint management for their customers. You’ll take existing environments – even those stuck on legacy Intune or SCCM – and transform them into modern, secure, supportable solutions that can scale across 50+ clients.
It’s hands-on delivery, yes, but it’s also about thinking strategically, mentoring others, and building repeatable frameworks. They need someone who can work with customers, understand their environments, and find practical, repeatable solutions, not someone who just waits for ideas to be handed over.
What you’ll be doing:

Modernising and managing endpoints across multiple environments (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Defender, Datto RMM).

Designing secure, scalable, and repeatable configurations and processes.

Leading migrations, projects, and operational improvements while mentoring junior engineers.

Embedding continual improvement and operational best practices across the pod.

Collaborating directly with customers, translating their needs into practical solutions, and balancing compromise with technical best practice.
