Job Description
A leading climate-tech startup is revolutionising the real estate sector with their data platform, aiming to offer real-team insights to eliminate wasted resources.
They are on the lookout for a Customer Solutions Engineer who will be Perth Based and act as the primary technical advisor for all Customers, with a core focus to develop a deep understanding of the platform, oversee technical deployments and support, resolve complex issues and analyse client data for optimisation.
You will join a small, resourceful team where a day in the life will involve:
- Working with the Customer Success Specialists as the product expert to support across technical issues raised across product features
- Operational and Strategic Support: Contribute to customer success management plans, oversee third-party delivery partners, and support strategy development and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Upselling and Growth Initiatives: Identify and support up-sell opportunities, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on growth initiatives, and assist in developing case studies and supporting demonstrations.
- Technical Proficiency and Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts (basic knowledge of APIs and integrations), manage multiple client engagements, and use internal resources to maximise growth and customer satisfaction.
Why you?
- Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS business
- 2-4 years experience working as a customer solutions engineer.
- Knowledge across server infrastructure, windows OS, networks, IoT, Rest API and databases.
- Strong analytic, troubleshooting and monitoring platform experience
- Experience in sustainability, energy, or building services sectors IoT or building systems is a bonus.
