A leading climate-tech startup is revolutionizing the real estate sector with their prop-tech platform, aiming to eliminate wasteful resources.
They are on the lookout for a Customer Success Specialist. With a mission to enhance and preserve the environment through tech solutions, the company is focused on scaling its SaaS offering by expanding its customer success function.
This is not remote, but is rather a hybrid Sydney based role, with work from home options.
You will join a small, resourceful team where you won’t need to reinvent the wheel but will confidently leverage existing resources. Here’s what your day will look like:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their success, drive product adoption, gather feedback, and secure contract renewals.
- Operational and Strategic Support: Contribute to customer success management plans, oversee third-party delivery partners, and support strategy development and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Upselling and Growth Initiatives: Identify and support up-sell opportunities, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on growth initiatives, and assist in developing case studies and supporting demonstrations.
- Technical Proficiency and Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts (basic knowledge of APIs and integrations), manage multiple client engagements, and use internal resources to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
Why you?
- Strong customer relationship management with 2-4 years prior customer success experience.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS business
- Some knowledge of data integrations, APIs, and automation
- Experience in sustainability, energy, or building services sectors IoT or building systems is a bonus.
- Familiar with connectivity and productivity apps like Microsoft Teams, Hubspot CRM, Jira, and Notion.
