Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Professional Services management, particularly from a vendor-side perspective with direct customer delivery expertise.
- Strong leadership and change management skills, with a history of building and sustaining cohesive, results-oriented teams.
- Proficiency in managing both waterfall and agile software delivery methodologies.
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, analytical abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
