• Mentoring current and future leaders within the team, building a resilient, high-achieving consulting division.
• Ensuring efficient, quality-focused, and cost-effective project delivery, meeting timelines and budgets consistently.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Professional Services management, particularly from a vendor-side perspective with direct customer delivery expertise.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with a history of building and sustaining cohesive, results-oriented teams.
• Proficiency in managing both waterfall and agile software delivery methodologies.
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, analytical abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
