About the Role
We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our technology team and provide exceptional support across a diverse technology environment. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing service requests, supporting users, and helping maintain secure, reliable IT systems.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to modern cloud platforms, workplace technologies, and infrastructure, with opportunities to grow your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and access issues.

Manage service requests, incidents, and system changes.

Support identity and access management, email, and collaboration platforms.

Maintain and improve IT processes, documentation, and user experience.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Skills & Experience

Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, and IAM/SSO solutions.

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.

Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and TCP/IP networking.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with ITIL and Agile ways of working.

Experience with service desk or technical support environments.
Nice to Have

IT degree or relevant certifications.

Experience with Jira, Slack, Teams, Freshdesk, or similar tools.

Exposure to server or virtualised environments.
