About the Role

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our technology team and provide exceptional support across a diverse technology environment. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing service requests, supporting users, and helping maintain secure, reliable IT systems.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to modern cloud platforms, workplace technologies, and infrastructure, with opportunities to grow your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and access issues.

  • Manage service requests, incidents, and system changes.

  • Support identity and access management, email, and collaboration platforms.

  • Maintain and improve IT processes, documentation, and user experience.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, and IAM/SSO solutions.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.

  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and TCP/IP networking.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile ways of working.

  • Experience with service desk or technical support environments.

Nice to Have

  • IT degree or relevant certifications.

  • Experience with Jira, Slack, Teams, Freshdesk, or similar tools.

  • Exposure to server or virtualised environments.
