An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing B2B technology organisation as its first dedicated marketing hire.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this role offers a rare combination of strategic ownership and hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for building the company’s marketing engine from the ground up - shaping brand positioning, demand generation strategy and market presence across international markets.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer who thrives in high-growth environments and wants genuine influence over business growth.
The Opportunity
As the business’s first in-house marketing leader, you’ll own the development and execution of the marketing strategy while partnering closely with Sales and Leadership teams to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the overarching GTM and marketing strategy
- Owning demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, events and partner channels
- Building and optimising the marketing tech stack, reporting and attribution frameworks
- Defining brand positioning, messaging and content strategy
- Supporting international market expansion across North America, APAC and Europe
- Managing external agencies, contractors and specialist partners
- Establishing scalable marketing processes and laying the foundations for future team growth
About You
You are a strategic yet hands-on B2B marketer with experience driving measurable commercial outcomes in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
You’ll bring:
- Experience within enterprise software, SaaS or adjacent B2B technology sectors
- Proven success delivering demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth
- Experience marketing to North American enterprise buyers is a plus
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach
- The ability to operate autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution
- A growth mindset and ambition to build over time
- Exposure to European markets and high-growth scale-up environments will be highly regarded.
