Drive growth, partnerships and digital performance in a high-impact automotive finance role.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Partnerships Lead to own and scale a growing automotive lending portfolio across OEM partnerships and direct digital acquisition channels.
This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth, conversion, customer experience and profitability across both B2B partnership and direct-to-consumer channels. You’ll be in the driving seat (no pun intended) to bring together digital growth, product optimisation, partnerships and commercial strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
OEM and Partnership Growth
- Manage and grow key automotive OEM partnerships
- Execute incentive and campaign activity across partner networks
- Optimise pricing, margin performance and commercial outcomes
- Identify opportunities for deeper integration, dealer engagement and customer growth
- Support onboarding and operational rollout of new automotive partnerships
Digital Acquisition and Funnel Optimisation
- Own performance across direct automotive acquisition channels
- Partner with Growth teams across paid, affiliate and organic channels
- Lead end-to-end funnel optimisation initiatives to improve conversion and customer experience
- Design and execute A/B testing across pricing, messaging, UX and application flows
- Improve mobile experience, form design and completion rates
Data, Insights and Performance
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics
- Analyse funnel and customer data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
- Develop targeted pricing and acquisition strategies
- Use insights to balance growth, profitability and risk-adjusted returns
Cross-Functional Impact and Connectivity
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing and Customer teams
- Define business requirements for new features and platform improvements
- Support strategic initiatives across automotive and lending partnerships
What It Will Take To Succeed
- Experience in Product Management, Growth, Digital Performance, Partnerships or Commercial roles
- Experience in fintech, lending, automotive finance will be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, margins and performance optimisation
- Experience improving digital funnels, acquisition performance and customer journeys
- Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting data and performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with OEMs, dealers or automotive ecosystems will be a huge plus
- Basic SQL and experimentation/A-B testing experience advantageous
