About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of business development, operations and growth.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure that supplier acquisition and onboarding never become a bottleneck, helping the team optimise the systems, workflows and data foundations that enable faster, smarter and more scalable matching between brands and manufacturers.

Your Remit
Business Development/ Suppliers Acquisition and Onboarding

Support Manufacturer Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey for new manufacturers, ensuring all necessary data points are captured, documentation is complete, and they are successfully integrated into the platform, with an eye on faster onboarding KPIs through continuous process improvement and leveraging technology where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a key bridge between the Growth, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to communicate operational needs for feature development and data integration to improve operational efficiencies.

Market Research Support: Assist in gathering and organising intelligence on potential manufacturer categories, market trends and competitive landscapes to inform expansion strategies and operational efficiencies.
Growth Strategies

Operationalise Growth Strategies: Work closely with the Head of Growth to translate strategic supply-side growth initiatives into actionable, repeatable and scalable operational processes for manufacturer acquisition and onboard
Operations

Process Automation and Optimisation: Identify manual bottlenecks and opportunities for automation within the manufacturer vetting, onboarding and data collection workflows. Leverage existing tools and actively explore technologies for automation to enhance efficiency and create more intelligent, autonomous operations.
About You

1-3 years in operations, growth ops, business ops or project coordination (ideally in startups, SaaS or marketplaces)

Strong systems thinking you naturally look for patterns and scalable solutions

Solid commercial instincts and confidence engaging with external partners

High attention to detail with strong data literacy

Curiosity around automation, AI tools and emerging technologies.
