B2B Growth Marketing Lead

The Opportunity

This is not a 'set the strategy and step back' role. It’s for someone who likes to own growth end-to-end—from positioning through to execution, optimisation and revenue impact.

You’ll join a fast-scaling fintech operating in the payments space.  The business is in a high-growth phase, with strong product-market fit and clear runway.

If you’re commercially wired, data-led, and equally comfortable in a Figma file as you are in a pipeline review, you'll want to read on.

What You’ll Own
  • Shape and refine the brand narrative, simplifying complex product features into compelling, high-converting messaging
  • Design and execute growth campaigns across acquisition and existing customer expansion
  • Lead the visual execution of sales and ABM assets (decks, landing pages, partner materials)
  • Apply UX/UI principles across all marketing touchpoints to improve conversion
  • Identify funnel friction and drop-off points; and fix them
  • Define and track core growth KPIs, using data to scale, refine or kill initiatives
  • Run competitor and voice-of-customer analysis to sharpen positioning and win rates
  • Partner with Sales Ops to deliver coordinated ads, email and outbound programs
  • Build and optimise a referral engine across partners and customers
  • Support event strategy and execution, including messaging and collateral
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts through insight-led programs

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally in tech or long sales-cycle environments
  • A track record of owning revenue or pipeline impact, not just campaign delivery
  • Strong ABM experience, with evidence of influencing closed-won deals
  • Ability to translate complexity into clear, visually compelling content
  • Hands-on capability across execution - this is not a pure strategy role
  • Deep understanding of funnel optimisation, conversion and ROI improvement
  • Experience building scalable design systems/templates
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI for marketing
  • Comfortable operating in a start-up / scale-up environment
