Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong Hubspot and CMS capabilities to join a leading real estate platform and help shape high-quality digital experiences across web, social, and email channels. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while supporting both customer engagement and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Website & Content Management
- Lead website projects with a focus on customer experience, mobile optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and campaign reporting.
- Oversee SEO and SEM agency partners, guiding content strategy, keyword research, and performance tracking.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on website and campaign performance, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with business priorities.
- Prepare digital assets, campaign briefs, and performance reports for key initiatives.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Drive content strategy and paid campaigns for our Indi Build-to-Rent platform, coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
- Track, report, and optimise social performance, ensuring alignment with leasing strategies and seasonal promotions.
- Email & Marketing Automation
- Lead the creation and execution of email marketing programs, workflows, and automation.
- Manage audience segmentation, personalisation, and campaign performance.
- Apply best-practice email marketing principles to deliver engaging, effective communications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing & Communications, IT, Leasing, Customer Experience, ESG, People & Culture, and Funds/Mandate teams.
- Manage external partners such as developers, SEO/SEM agencies, social agencies, and content providers.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Hubspot experience -A MUST!!!
- Experience managing website projects, multi-channel digital campaigns, and marketing automation
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimisation principles; familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta reporting is a plus.
- Property sector experience (office or living) is advantageous but not essential.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively..
