Job Description
Drive a multi-year transformation and deliver tech for business advantage.
With a hybrid-first setup, you’ll balance three days in the office with the flexibility to work from home. You’ll take ownership of a transformation agenda spanning systems, processes and data - delivering outcomes that directly enable smarter, faster, more modern operations.
Here you’ll run multiple concurrent workstreams - from stabilising tech infrastructure to implementing cloud-based HR, risk and compliance systems, and building business intelligence capability. You’ll also play a pivotal role in exploring AI use cases, shaping how the organisation applies emerging technology for business benefit.
This isn’t a PMO-heavy environment. You’ll be empowered to right-size methodology, engage senior stakeholders directly, and make delivery decisions that stick. The role is highly visible, with direct executive exposure, and your results will shape how the organisation modernises over the next three years.
What you’ll do
- Lead multiple technology and business projects from initiation to delivery
- Engage executives and staff, “selling the story” and bringing people on the journey
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines and vendors with accountability and pace
- Roll sleeves up in a small team, balancing governance with practical delivery
- Report directly to executive leadership and present to a steering committee
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of proven project/program management experience
- Track record across both business and technology projects
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches — with the ability to right-size
- Hands-on, pragmatic style with energy, positivity and resilience
Melbourne-based, with flexibility (3:2 hybrid model) to attend the CBD office as needed.
Immediate need - 2 stage interview process.
