We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and commercially-minded Head of Marketing to lead a sizeable, diverse, high performing team ensuring every initiative is anchored in data-driven insights and delivers measurable outcomes.  This pivotal role will shape and execute our customer acquisition and growth strategy, with the ultimate goal of driving ROI and amplifying brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to accelerate acquisition and strengthen brand equity.

  • Lead integrated performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, SEO, and programmatic.

  • Drive marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to boost lifecycle value.

  • Own and optimise a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget.

  • Analyse customer and campaign data to inform decision-making, optimise ROI, and deliver on KPIs.

  • Oversee PR, media relations, and brand storytelling to enhance market visibility and credibility.

  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

About You

  • Senior hands-on marketing leadership experience, ideally in high-growth B2C, start-up, or scale-up environments.

  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, performance marketing, and growth strategies.

  • Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and digital channels.

  • Commercially savvy with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable testing new ideas—including practical applications of AI.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
