Functional QA Analyst | SaaS Insurance Platform

We’re looking for a Functional QA Analyst to join a high-growth SaaS business that’s reshaping how the insurance industry operates. You’ll be the guardian of quality, bringing structured thinking, an eye for detail, and the confidence to catch what others might miss.

In this role, you’ll:

• Put new features and fixes through their paces to uncover issues before customers do.
  
  

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to keep delivery smooth and consistent.
  
  

• Document clearly, test thoroughly, and provide early feedback that makes a difference.
  
  

• Contribute ideas to evolve QA practices and explore automation opportunities.
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Hands-on functional testing experience in enterprise software or SaaS (3+ years).
  
  

• The ability to turn business needs into meaningful test cases.
  
  

• A mindset that balances curiosity with discipline — spotting both obvious bugs and edge cases.
  
  

• Comfort working in agile teams with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  
  

Bonus points if you’ve tested insurance systems, customer portals, or SaaS platforms.
