Senior Growth Product Manager

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Growth Product Manager to join a fast-paced team and take ownership of the initiatives that will fuel this companies next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Strategy to uncover, test, and scale the opportunities that drive acquisition, retention, and long-term revenue.

This role isn’t about filling gaps in design or tech execution - they already have that covered. We’re looking for someone who has repeatedly shown strength in product discovery, strategic problem-solving, and delivering in customer-facing squads. You’ll be the connective tissue between commercial strategy and product execution, ensuring every experiment ladders up to measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Growth Roadmap: Build and prioritise a growth roadmap that balances immediate wins with long-term bets.

  • Experiment Relentlessly: Design and execute rapid experiments across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and monetisation — learning fast and scaling what works.

  • Diagnose Churn & Optimise Funnels: Dig into customer pain points like onboarding drop-offs or first-purchase churn, turning insights into tested solutions.

  • Commercial Impact: Own growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, revenue), ensuring product initiatives tie directly to business outcomes.

  • Loyalty & Retention Levers: Build and test referral programs, loyalty mechanics, and pricing strategies that extend customer lifetime value.

  • Customer-Centric Discovery: Use data, behavioural insights, and customer feedback to shape solutions that genuinely improve customer experience.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Growth Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Design to execute growth initiatives.

  • Clear Stakeholder Communication: Align executives and cross-functional teams on growth priorities and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in product management, growth, or related roles in scale-ups or consumer-facing businesses.

  • A proven track record of running growth experiments that drove tangible impact on acquisition, retention, or revenue.

  • Strong analytical skills (SQL, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau or similar) and the ability to translate data into action.

  • Experience designing and optimising funnels, lifecycle programs, or subscription/loyalty models.

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity - framing big, messy problem spaces into clear, testable opportunities.

  • Excellent collaboration skills; able to rally design, engineering, and marketing around growth bets.

  • Strong commercial acumen; you know how CAC, LTV, retention and monetisation connect to company success.

  • A customer-first mindset and passion for solving real customer problems through product.

📍 Location: Sydney (hybrid, 2/3 days in office)
