• A strategic finance leader with multi-entity or PE-backed experience.

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of influencing business decisions.

• Expertise in audit readiness, controls, and systems improvement.

• A natural leader: experienced in mentoring, building teams, and driving accountability.

• Motivated by the challenge of owning the build, not inheriting legacy systems.
