About the Role
As Chief Delivery Officer, you will play a critical role on the executive leadership team, overseeing the successful delivery of services to clients across an international footprint. Key Responsibilities

Lead national service delivery operations to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for clients

Oversee implementation, support, onboarding, and customer success teams to drive commercial outcomes

Establish frameworks for scalable delivery processes, systems, and reporting

Work closely with peers across commercial, product, and technology functions

Embed a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Build operational capability through leadership, training, and systems optimisation

Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements

Present delivery performance and insights to senior executives

Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery, project delivery, technical implementations and operations

Track record of delivering complex implementations in dynamic, high-growth organisations from SMB to enterprise

Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance operational rigour with agility

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and experience managing global teams and services

Experience working in regulated, customer-critical industries is highly regarded

Deep understanding of project management methodologies and software implementation lifecycles

Empathetic, decisive, and values-led leadership style

A background in SaaS, ERP or tech vendor environment is crucial
