In a world full of AI generated content, this role plays a crucial role in connecting B2C and B2B audiences authentically with a dynamic brand and innovative service offering.  And your ability to leverage AI tools but inject a human element will be how you stand out and get cut through, making an impact on your end customer and the business.

What You'll Be doing

As an experienced copywriter, ideally with expertise writing compelling content for financial services, insurance or telco industries from an inhouse or agency environment, you'll work as part of an integrated brand and marketing communications team to:

  • Develop cut through content across a variety of channels including social media (Insta, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn), video, email, advertising campaigns and web.
  • Ensure the brand voice resonates and that content aligns with tone, style and language.
  • Identify other opportunities for content to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and consumer insights and leverage these to inform the content strategy.

How You'll Make An Impact

With demonstrated experience (agency or inhouse) developing content for financial services or other highly regulated industries and a passion for using content to connect with audiences, you bring:

  • Strong writing skills that demonstrate your ability to distil complex messages.
  • An ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work at pace.
  • An ability to manage complex projects in real time.
