Salesforce Architect (Retail) – South Sydney

We’re looking for an up-and-coming Salesforce Architect to help shape and evolve the global multi-region Salesforce ecosystem for one of Australia's oldest retail icons. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, global retail business and work on major transformation programs at scale — without the red tape.
You'll be reporting to the CIO and collaborating across digital, infrastructure, customer service, and commercial teams. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys both strategy and rolling up their sleeves. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week in South Sydney

What you'll be doing:
- Designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Leading hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and other declarative tools.
- Owning end-to-end Salesforce implementations and third-party integrations.
- Providing operational support for a global user base (some support outside standard Australian hours required).
- Acting as a technical leader — reviewing code, sharing best practices, and coaching junior team members.
- Helping shape governance and data security frameworks within the platform.
What we’re looking for:
- Around 7+ years of Salesforce experience (we’re flexible — what matters most is your impact).
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and core platform features.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, SFDX, Git) and integration tools like Mulesoft.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring others.
- Salesforce certifications (especially Architect tracks) are highly regarded.
