  • Ensuring the business is authentically represented in the community by being the 'face' of the brand at customer and community engagements.

  • Leading, coaching and inspiring your team.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required

As a natural born leader with a curiosity and passion for operational, business and customer excellence, you have an impressive track record in developing and delivering to a strategic plan.  You're hungry to apply your entrepreneurial and accountable spirit and you're energised by knowing you run your region like a business within a broader business.  You bring:

  • Expertise across in-store sales, customer experience, customer service and operations.
  • The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational and tactical management.
  • A data driven mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • An ability to work both 'on' and 'in the business.
  • Previous experience in a retail/consumer setting is highly desirable.
