About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead national sales operations, refine commercial strategies, and enhance customer engagement. Based in Sydney CBD, this high-impact role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, optimising performance through training, KPIs, and best practices.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, dealerships, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted engagement strategies and loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee decentralised sales operations, ensuring scalable and efficient sales processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate sales teams and enhance customer acquisition.
What is in your toolkit?
- 10+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record in high-growth businesses.
- Strong background in business development, commercial strategy, and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in decentralised and retail-focused sales strategies is highly regarded.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics and CRM tools to optimise sales performance.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align sales with overall business objectives.
- Resilient, adaptable, and results-focused, with a passion for innovation in the mobility sector.
