What You’ll Do
- Build the processes for lead qualification, pipeline management, and progress tracking. Develop playbooks and resources to support future team growth.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key utility customers. Manage the full sales cycle, securing deals valued between $300K and $3M AUD.
- Take charge of the current pipeline, drive lead generation, and work to increase customer acquisition.
- Partner with product, customer success, and engineering teams to align on customer needs and share insights.
- Lead impactful client presentations, showcase the platform’s value, and negotiate contracts with senior executives.
- Use customer feedback to help refine products and guide market approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 4 years’ experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets, particularly in managing complex deals
- Experience in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, or government is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
- Comfortable developing processes and strategies in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
