We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive to work closely with the founders to helping them build their GTM and scale their revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Build the processes for lead qualification, pipeline management, and progress tracking. Develop playbooks and resources to support future team growth.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key utility customers. Manage the full sales cycle, securing deals valued between $100K and $3M AUD.
• Take charge of the current pipeline, drive lead generation, and work to increase customer acquisition.
• Partner with product, customer success, and engineering teams to align on customer needs and share insights.
• Lead impactful client presentations, showcase the platform’s value, and negotiate contracts with senior executives.
• Use customer feedback to help refine products and guide market approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• Over 4 years’ experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets, particularly in managing complex deals
• Experience in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, or government is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
• Comfortable developing processes and strategies in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
