Head of Growth - Sales and Marketing - Tech Scale Up

As this well-funded business sets its sights on fuelling further brand awareness and growth, it's time for the appointment of a Head of Growth to lead marketing and sales efforts with the aim of driving user acquisition, engagement and retention across both sides of their platform.
With an impressive track record already in place and loads of scope for further growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing customer satisfaction and amplifying brand awareness.
The Impact You'll Make
Reporting to a dynamic CEO and leading a small team as well as overseeing a digital agency, you will have measurable impact by focussing on:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy spanning acquisition, activation, retention and revenue optimisation by leveraging all channels to market including brand, content and digital.
- Increasing conversion rates and driving revenue by overseeing the sales function.
- Developing strategies to enhance engagement, loyalty and advocacy on both sides of the platform.
- Working in partnership with cross functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Technology etc) and overseeing the digital marketing agency to enhance user experiences that foster repeat engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Taking a data and analytics approach to inform strategy, decision making and validate growth initiatives.
- Fostering a collaborative and accountable culture by building, mentoring and coaching a high performing sales team.
Your Experience
In addition to an inspiring leadership style, an intellectual curiosity about data and a passion for driving results in a start-up or scale-up environment, you will be able to showcase your:
- Strategic growth, sales or marketing expertise ideally within a tech company or 2-sided platform.
- Proven track record in driving growth initiatives that have led to substantial user and revenue growth.
- A solid understanding of product development and user experience to optimise customer journeys and growth.
- A mix of B2B, B2C and B2B2C expertise is highly desired.
