Job Description

At our core, we’re all consumers, and we know the satisfaction that comes when a beloved retail or FMCG brand truly understands us.

Now, imagine being at the forefront, shaping that experience for others just like you.

As a Lead Product Manager, if you’re passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, have a deep understanding of subscription services, and excel as an individual contributor within Consumer and Retail product teams, this opportunity could be your next career move.

Your Focus:

  • Taking a product from concept to launch
  • Driving traffic and optimising conversion rates.
  • Scaling the product roadmap to ensure lasting success.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive Remuneration: Your expertise deserves top-tier pay, complemented by an attractive annual bonus.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Embrace hybrid and flexible options that prioritise your work-life balance.
  • Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts, unique banking products, health insurance, and more.

Why You?

  • Extensive experience in commercial/retail, consumer products, and data insights.
  • Around 7 years of product management experience, particularly within FMCG or retail.
  • Proven ability to lead product development from concept to launch, crafting user stories, and driving strategy and execution from prototype to scale.
  • Skilled in leveraging data to ensure product-market fit.
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • A strong background in consumer-facing products used daily.

If you’re ready to champion the value of product management across the business, I’d love to hear from you.
