Get stuck in as you investigate how these systems are currently used by customers and how you can enhance their experience. Ensuring high quality shipping, scalable and highly robust solutions, as well as software architecture and design.

Your stakeholder engagement will be on point, and your ease at talking through all technological aspects of the product and platform will determine your ability to ensure things are being established and run in the right way.

This is a complex system, so expect to get your hands dirty. You will be directly involved in leadership, mentoring, coding, design and architecture, as well as making key decisions around them. You will be expected to be fluent in .Net Core, Cloud, CI/CD, Event Driven Architecture and Microservices.

This is an incredibly strong team of senior engineers, that in turn requires a superior Tech Lead who is technically switched on and able to drive innovation and the ability to think beyond the parameters of “typical”.

Experience required:

• Prior experience in a Technical Leadership role is essential
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Lead and influence technical problem solving and solution design
• Distinguished web development skills across .Net, React.js and Azure
• Experience across the Microsoft stack C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core and MVC.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to consider all dimensions of the business issues into solution design.
• Experience in management, deployments and scaling of cloud based services (Azure preferable but not a deal breaker)
