This company is at the forefront of property management and data analytics with a huge presence in the US market, and expanding across Australia. With a product focus on tax compliance of shorter rentals, they leverage real-time data scrapping to provide to government bodies and councils.

You will be contributing to the success of building a relationship with the accounts you manage and support. Your growth is unlimited, as unlike a large organisation, they are agile, forward thinking and innovative with their processes.

Once these contracts are signed, they are handed over to the customer success team and that’s when you come in! Your remit will encompass end-trend customer satisfaction from on-boarding, through to, account management.

What Might Your Days Look Like:

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of 40 client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • On-boarding: Facilitate the on-boarding process for new clients.
  • Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to expand existing accounts.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a technical liaison between clients and the internal technical team, effectively communicating issues without diagnosing them.
  • CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions and outreach.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress using spreadsheets and project management tools like Jira.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that balance government regulations with SaaS capabilities.

Why you?

  • Ability to multitask and work well with cross-functionally.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency with outreach tools (HubSpot/Salesforce Outreach).
  • Strong data management skills (spreadsheet proficiency).
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Ability to balance the intersection of government operations and SaaS sales.
