A day in the life of

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts (mix enterprise and small business)
  • Work with the product and on-boarding team to ensure the technology meets the customer’s needs, whilst driving product adoption and NPS scores.
  • Utilise internal and external data to craft persuasive sales propositions (basic analytic skills are must!)
  • Identify new optimisations and opportunities to grow client revenue, working towards ARR.
  • Keep clients informed of emerging trends and ways to better optimise their accounts.

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Media/Adtech, ideally in a Customer Success position.
  • Strong technical product competency, comfortable speaking with publishers and site engineers.
  • Proficient in basic Excel analytics for optimisation and data assessment.
  • Exceptional customer nurturing skills, with a commercial acumen to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Autonomous, confident, and ready to hit the ground running.
