Digital Marketing Manager

  • Scale up agile business with a clearly defined growth strategy
  • Develop and deliver the digital blueprint to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Circa $200k package plus bonus

It’s not often a role is created where you are in the driving seat to develop a strategy to propel growth and then bring it to life.

This is a newly created role in a values led organisation that is embarking on their next phase of growth.  With a compelling and cutting edge product offering to take to market, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving interest, lead generation and conversion for the business.

 

What you’ll be doing

As a digital specialist armed with the curiosity to keep abreast of the competitor landscape and latest trends, you’ll be:

  • Developing the digital blueprint aligned to broader marketing and business goals.

  • Identify and leverage the most relevant digital channels to connect and engage with target customers.

  • Drive brand awareness through digital channels.

This role will suit someone that gets energised in an entrepreneurial start-up; someone with a strong desire to create a platform for growth and collaborate with others to make this happen.   With a solid digital career behind you, superb analytical and problem solving skills and proficiency in UX/UI principles, you’ll relish the opportunity to showcase your expertise in:

  • Driving website traffic, lead generation and conversion.

  • Leveraging social media to drive engagement.

  • Utilising SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content and email marketing.

  • Managing and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels.

If you’re a whizz in HubSpot and have a solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools this will help you hit the ground running from day 1.

Looking back on your time in the business, you’ll be proud of the

  • Digital marketing strategy you have set, with clear alignment to the broader business growth plan.  

  • Online lead gen plan you have implemented that has successfully led to acquisition, retention and ROMI.

  • Customer led, insights-based content you have developed that has successful enhanced brand awareness and consideration.  

  • Learns you’ve experienced by testing new advertising channels to engage target customers.

  • The engagement you have driven with internal stakeholders as you regularly share metrics and trends with the business.
