What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of project management experience in digital delivery, consultancy, or agency environments

• Proven success delivering web and mobile projects (SaaS, networking, or infrastructure experience is NOT suitable)

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies; Scrum Master facilitation is essential (certification a plus)

• Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Highly autonomous, confident, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities

• Critical thinker with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools (Miro/Slack)

• Tertiary qualification in IT, design, or related field desirable but not mandatory

• Experience with Australian or international clients is a must

You’ll be the hybrid-cloud SME — designing, building, and optimising environments that span on-prem (Hyper-V/VMware) and Azure. You’ll lead big pieces of work: datacentre and hybrid-to-cloud migrations, modernisation projects, hybrid networking, and identity integration.

You’ll keep platforms running smoothly across multiple customers, making sure they’re secure, resilient, and supportable — and you’ll be the escalation point for the tough stuff.

Automation will be a big part of your world: creating repeatable deployment and migration frameworks using PowerShell, PowerCLI, Azure Migrate and similar tools to drive efficiency and consistency.

You’ll lead a small hybrid pod, mentor engineers, and lift capability — while also shaping the direction of Orro’s hybrid-cloud services.

And you’ll work directly with customers: advising on strategy, planning and delivering migrations, optimising hybrid environments, and supporting them through complex operational challenges (including on-call when needed).

You know hybrid inside out with strong experience with on-prem virtualisation and Azure services, and deep knowledge of hybrid networking, identity, migrations, and modernisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering models to measure brand impact (e.g. out-of-home, TV, social, digital) — including MMM, attribution, incrementality, and multivariate analysis

• Running experiments, defining statistical confidence, and guiding teams on how to test and learn effectively

• Translating grey or ambiguous analytics problems into structured approaches with measurable outcomes

• Acting as the bridge between the data team and business stakeholders — ensuring insights are accessible, trusted, and actionable

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in D2C, retail, FMCG, or eCommerce environments — with a deep understanding of customer data, brand performance, and experimentation

• Background in marketing/growth/brand analytics or marketing science — ideally in product-led businesses

• Confident working with marketing and brand teams to uncover the "why" behind performance — and challenge assumptions where needed

• Strong skills in SQL, plus experience with R or Python, experimentation frameworks, and marketing metrics

• Familiarity with or experience building models such as MMM or MTA — or the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of how to apply them

• Comfortable working across both business and technical teams, shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Storage Infrastructure Specialist to join one of the world’s leading technology vendors on a 3-month contract engagement. Following recent infrastructure upgrades, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising a large-scale Dell PowerScale and Isilon environment — ensuring peak performance, scalability, and operational excellence across a petabyte-scale storage platform.

This is an opportunity to work with a global IT leader, applying your deep technical expertise to support mission-critical workflows spanning high-throughput ingest, editing, archival, and retrieval operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct a comprehensive technical audit of the current storage environment — documenting architecture, operational health, risks, and strategic recommendations.

• Develop detailed architecture diagrams covering cluster configuration, tiering, and data services.

• Create operational runbooks to guide administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Deliver capacity and growth forecasts with actionable scalability recommendations.
