What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end design across B2B and B2C experiences - from concepting and research to pixel-perfect delivery.

• Conduct your own user interviews and usability testing, with support from central research where needed.

• Work closely with PMs and engineers to shape product direction, balancing strategic vision with delivery.

• Apply and evolve the design system (already mature for venue-facing products, ~50% rolled out across the platform).

• Present work with clarity - sharing multiple concepts, trade-offs, and how you collaborated with your squad.

Roller is a cloud-based, all-in-one venue management platform designed to help attractions, entertainment and leisure venues run more efficiently and deliver outstanding guest experiences. It covers everything from ticketing, POS & payments, memberships, waivers, and self-serve kiosks through to guest CRM, reporting & analytics. The platform is built for venues of all sizes—whether single sites or multi-location operators—and aims to reduce complexity, streamline operations, and boost revenue by centralising what would otherwise require multiple systems.

Business Context

• Loyalty is a strategic paid product line for Roller — expanding ACV and replacing parts of the customer Martech stack.

• Aim: Increase average order value, repeat spend, and guest retention.

• Differentiation: Payments data drives loyalty. Guests “always exist” in the system:

  • At POS, card tap triggers recognition → “You already have points, unlock rewards by adding details.”

  • Removes reliance on QR codes or manual lookups.

• Loyalty touches multiple product areas: online checkout, POS, kiosks, memberships, F&B. High design dependency and cross-squad collaboration.

Role Scope

• Own the loyalty product strategy and roadmap end-to-end.

• Design and deliver loyalty touchpoints across:

  • Self-serve kiosks (loyalty opt-in during checkout).

  • Payment terminals (capture phone number for SMS opt-in).

  • In-app pages (2–3 screens dedicated to loyalty flows).

  • Email/SMS engagement campaigns.

  • Order confirmation pages (loyalty messaging, offers).

  • Memberships, tickets, and F&B loyalty integrations.

• Balance customer engagement with conversion impacts (e.g. extra kiosk steps must not reduce checkout completions).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with marketing and product teams to uncover actionable insights across campaigns, acquisition performance, and experimentation strategy

• Designing and delivering models to measure brand impact (e.g. out-of-home, TV, social, digital) — including MMM, attribution, incrementality, and multivariate analysis

• Translating grey or ambiguous analytics problems into structured approaches with measurable outcomes
