Job Description

Marketing Manager, Partnerships | San Francisco | AI Infrastructure

Some partnership roles are about coordinating campaigns.

This one is about helping manage some of the most strategically important technology relationships in the AI infrastructure and GPU compute ecosystem.

I’m working with a high-growth global business looking for an experienced Technology Partnerships Marketer to join its San Francisco team.

This is a newly created role and a pivotal hire.

Around 60% of the initial focus will be dedicated to one major global GPU technology partner, alongside other significant relationships across hardware, infrastructure and enterprise technology.

We’re looking for someone who understands how sophisticated technology partnerships work from the inside.

Someone who knows how to navigate large global technology organisations, build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and identify where genuine joint commercial and marketing opportunities exist.

You’ll own the marketing side of these partnerships, including:

  • Building joint marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Developing and executing co-marketing programs
  • Managing relationships across regional and global partner teams
  • Identifying opportunities to unlock more value from strategic alliances
  • Managing Market Development Fund proposals, approvals and utilisation
  • Running regular partner business reviews
  • Managing partner calendars and joint objectives
  • Coordinating co-branded content and technical enablement
  • Working closely with Sales and Product
  • Supporting partner-hosted events and initiatives
  • Tracking pipeline influence, spend and ROI

This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a perfect playbook.

You need to bring experience, judgement and a strong point of view.

We’re particularly interested in people who have worked within or alongside major GPU, cloud, hardware or enterprise technology vendors and understand the complexity of these ecosystems.

And don’t be misled by the Marketing Manager title.

This is not a junior opportunity or a development move.

The business needs someone who has done this before, knows how to operate independently and can take ownership quickly.
