An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a dynamic, growth-focused organisation operating across global markets.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a genuine strategic impact. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while building scalable people frameworks that support continued expansion.

The Details

You’ll lead the delivery of the people and culture agenda across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders across the business to drive performance, capability and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic HR business partnering across multiple business units
  • Leading workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives
  • Managing complex employee relations matters and compliance obligations
  • Building and embedding scalable HR policies, systems and processes
  • Driving performance, learning & development and DEI initiatives
  • Delivering meaningful people analytics and reporting to executive leadership

About You

You are a confident and commercially astute HR leader with strong stakeholder management capability and deep knowledge of Australian employment legislation.

You’ll bring:

  • HR generalist or HRBP experience within corporate, technology or professional services environments
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, awards and ER/IR matters
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decision-making
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Leadership experience managing or mentoring HR team members
  • A growth mindset and ambition to step into a future Head of People & Culture role
  • Experience within a high-growth or scaling environment will be highly regarded
