Onset Group is looking for a Principal Consultant to lead and grow a Projects & Transformation practice across Project Management, Program Delivery, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis and Transformation leadership.

This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who understands the complexity of enterprise change environments and enjoys partnering with clients on large-scale transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with enterprise organisations, technology businesses and consulting environments delivering critical transformation programs across Australia.

 

The role:

  • Build strategic client relationships across transformation and delivery functions
  • Recruit high-performing Project Services professionals across contract and permanent markets
  • Drive account growth and market expansion strategies
  • Develop strong talent communities across PMO, Delivery and Transformation environments
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to clients navigating change and growth

  • Have 4+ years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally in Australia)
