Onset Group is looking for a Principal Consultant to build and grow a specialist Engineering recruitment practice focused across Software, Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Process and Systems Engineering.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys technically complex markets and wants to work closely with some of Australia’s most innovative engineering businesses and research led organisations.

You will have the autonomy to build a genuinely differentiated market presence across one of the most strategically important sectors in the Australian economy.

• Have 4+ years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally in Australia)
• Know your niche or are ready to define it - Recruitment experience within Deep Tech, Engineering or Technology
