Job Description

Want to build products where your thinking matters as much as your code?

This is a front end role for engineers who want more than just tickets and UI work. You’ll be joining a fast-growing product company using AI to transform operational workflows in healthcare, with real customers and real impact.

The team has built a strong foundation and is now entering its next phase of growth, with a large roadmap of new features and product expansion ahead. This is your opportunity to take ownership and help shape how the product evolves.

What’s in it for you?

  • Own features end-to-end, from problem definition through to production, rather than just implementing pre-defined tickets

  • Have real influence on product direction, with the ability to challenge assumptions and shape user workflows

  • Work on meaningful problems where your decisions directly impact how customers operate day-to-day

  • Join a fast-scaling team with a large amount of greenfield work still ahead

  • Operate in a high-trust environment where engineers are expected to think independently and drive outcomes

What you’ll actually be doing

  • Build and ship user-facing workflows using React, focusing on how users move through and interact with the product

  • Translate loosely defined ideas or prototypes into clear, production-ready features with strong user journeys

  • Challenge and refine product decisions to reduce friction and improve usability

  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver end-to-end functionality aligned to backend systems and data models

  • Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, scalability, and user experience in a fast-moving environment

About you

  • Strong frontend engineering experience with React, able to build and ship production features independently

  • A product mindset - you think about user experience and workflows, not just UI components

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and contributing to shaping solutions, not just executing them

  • Proactive and ownership-driven, with the ability to identify problems and drive improvements

  • Clear communicator who can explain decisions and trade-offs effectively

  • Background in smaller teams, startups, or product-focused environments where engineers are closer to the end user and business context
