A heavily backed global leader in health tech is searching for a Sales Manager to lead their sales and commercial function across the APAC region. The team is actively seeking an individual who and lead a sales team, spearhead sales and drive revenue growth.

You will be working closely with the Preident, ANZ and collaboratively with their CRO.

This is an opportunity for someone to bring advanced AI technology to the healthcare sector across ANZ. 

Objectives of the role:

Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy, covering lead generation, account management, and corporate branding.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to formulate growth plans and optimize sales strategies for market reach.

Drive Revenue Growth:
- Provide hands-on leadership, resolving barriers to revenue growth, and emphasizing hygiene in pipeline management.
- Focus on higher value deals, showcase leadership in closures, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Set high standards for hiring, training, and retention to foster a high-performing sales team.
- Implement clear performance reviews based on KPIs, providing coaching for team success and seamless transitions between customer journey teams.

What you’ll bring to the team:
- Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams in a startup environment.
- Experience leading and delivering sales strategies, including market research, pricing, and implementing a sales playbook, specifically targeting hospitals and large private healthcare groups.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets through sales, partnerships, and commercial acumen.
- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors and the wider leadership team.
