You’ll be joining a business that is continuing to invest heavily in Martech, data platforms, and customer experience, with strong executive buy-in.
About the Role
This is a Martech Product Manager role sitting within a centralised platform team.
You’ll take ownership of a core marketing technology ecosystem, driving capability across customer data, segmentation, campaign execution, and platform integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Martech platform roadmap
- Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Drive improvements across customer targeting, personalisation, and campaign effectiveness
- Navigate a complex stakeholder environment and bring clarity to priorities
- Move the function from reactive delivery to strategic platform thinking
About You
You’re a Product Manager who thrives in complex, data-rich environments and understands how Martech drives real commercial outcomes.
You will likely bring:
- Experience in Martech, Growth, Customer, or Platform Product roles
- Background in retail, ecommerce, FMCG, or high-volume consumer businesses
- Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and campaign tooling
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and influence at a senior level
- A commercial mindset, you think in terms of impact, not just delivery
