Senior Software Engineer - Own What You Build

North Sydney (Hybrid) | $160k - $190k + Super (+ bonus)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, profitable tech business operating globally across identity, data, and fraud prevention. Their platform processes billions of records and is used by major enterprise clients.

They’re now looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can do more than just code - someone who can communicate, take ownership, and get things done.

The Opportunity

• Build data products, APIs, and applications at global scale

• Work with multi-billion record datasets across multiple geographies

• Solve real-world problems in identity, data matching, and fraud prevention

• Contribute to Snowflake-based products and emerging AI initiatives

• Work directly with founders - no layers, no red tape

This is hands-on, high-impact work - not internal tooling.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (this is critical)

• A doer - someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes

• Pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset

• Comfortable working with messy, large-scale data

• Experience building production systems end-to-end

Tech-wise, you’ll likely have experience with:

• AWS, Snowflake, Python, SQL (or similar)
