The Opportunity
Off the back of strong momentum and success, this global technology business operating at the intersection of financial services and digital innovation is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Lead.  This organisation partners with leading financial institutions to transform how their service offering is delivered, making it faster, more scalable and more accessible.

The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of software implementations and internal initiatives, acting as a conduit between clients, product and engineering teams. This role requires strong commercial acumen, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing delivery across multiple concurrent projects
• Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Drive internal collaboration across product, engineering and consulting
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, budgets and sprint roadmaps
• Proactively manage risks, scope changes and project dependencies
• Oversee release management and implementation cycles
• Communicate project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working

About You

• Deep experience in project management within software/technology environments, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering projects into financial services environments, ideally tier 1 institutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent internal stakeholder engagement across product, engineering and leadership teams
• Comfortable operating across multiple time zones and global teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
