About the Role
Picture yourself as a commercially driven Head of Partnerships Marketing leading the strategy, growth and performance of a high-impact partnerships marketing function within the financial services sector.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end marketing strategies across key partner channels. You will oversee full-funnel campaigns, from awareness through retention, while managing relationships with top-tier partners and driving measurable commercial outcomes.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, Partnerships, Campaign Delivery, Paid Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all initiatives align with both partner priorities and broader business objectives.

Your Remit

Strategy and Leadership

  • Define and lead the partnerships marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement and revenue
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance frameworks and success metrics
  • Align marketing initiatives with business priorities and partner expectations
  • Manage and optimise the partnerships marketing budget
  • Ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory and compliance standards

Partnership Management

  • Own senior marketing relationships with key strategic partners
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for campaign planning and execution
  • Present performance insights and growth opportunities at MBRs and QBRs
  • Co-create campaigns with partners to deliver mutual value and enhanced customer outcomes

About You

  • Deep experience in marketing, partnerships or commercial leadership roles 
  • Proven success delivering partnership marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Passion for managing and developing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders and partners
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Confident presenter with experience engaging executive audiences
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage complex, concurrent initiatives
