About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-led Product Development Manager role, sitting at the core of delivery.

You’ll work in a tight pairing with a customer-facing team, acting as the supplier-side owner responsible for turning product briefs into approved, ready-to-sell products.

From managing manufacturers to driving sample development, testing, and compliance, you’ll own the full lifecycle and ensure everything is delivered on time, to spec, and to standard.

This is a fast-paced environment where ownership, attention to detail, and problem solving are critical.

About You

• Experience in product development, supply chain, or manufacturing environments (FMCG, beauty, retail, or similar)
• Strong supplier or stakeholder management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving capability
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
