Our client is a rapidly growing global technology company building software platforms used by large retailers to digitise operational workflows and customer ordering experiences. Their technology helps businesses modernise traditionally manual processes, connecting store operations, digital ordering and customer experiences through a scalable SaaS platform. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and now partners with a large number of enterprise customers across multiple international markets. As the company continues to scale its product offering, they are investing further into their Product capability and are now looking to hire a Product Manager to join their expanding team.

About the Role

This role will sit within a growing product team responsible for building and improving digital tools used by retailers and their customers. Working closely with engineering and design teams, you will help shape new product capabilities, improve user experiences and drive product initiatives across the platform. The role will involve a mix of product discovery, delivery and experimentation as the team continues to evolve its product suite and expand into new areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving product initiatives across a SaaS platform used by enterprise customers
• Working closely with engineering teams to design and deliver new capabilities
• Defining user flows and product experiences across digital and in-store environments
• Analysing product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Running product experiments and validating new ideas
• Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders across international teams

About the Candidate

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who enjoys working closely with engineering teams and building customer focused digital products.

You will likely come from a SaaS or technology environment and have experience delivering product initiatives from discovery through to launch.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Experience working as a Product Manager within a SaaS or technology company
• Strong product thinking and understanding of modern product development practices
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to operate in fast moving product environments

Experience in retail technology, e-commerce, marketplaces or ordering platforms would be beneficial but is not essential.
