About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who can deliver personalised, high‑impact lifecycle marketing. You’ll own CRM strategy end‑to‑end- building journeys, deploying campaigns, and creating player experiences that drive retention, engagement, and long‑term value. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring structure, creativity, and data‑driven execution to every stage of the player lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM and lifecycle campaigns
- Build structured journeys across acquisition, onboarding, active play, VIP, churn prevention, and reactivation
- Design and deploy targeted campaigns that increase player activity and deposit frequency
- Manage all promotional communications — bonuses, tournaments, events, and product launches
- Use segmentation, behavioural triggers, and automation within Fast Track to deliver personalised messaging
- Oversee campaign QA, creative consistency, and regulatory compliance
- Track performance, report on key CRM metrics, and provide insights to improve retention
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and community channels
- Ensure all communications align with brand positioning and tone of voice
- Assist with promotional initiatives, VIP events, and product launches
- Coordinate the supply and distribution of merchandise to players and internal teams
What You Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention roles
- Experience in online gambling, gaming, crypto, or fintech (or strong interest in these sectors)
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Fast Track experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and behavioural triggers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliant, high‑quality execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
