About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Specialist who knows how to build, nurture, and energise online communities. You’ll be the human heartbeat of our brand - the person who turns users into advocates, conversations into insights, and engagement into loyalty.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow online communities across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, forums, and in‑app channels
  • Facilitate conversations, answer questions, and keep discussions healthy, active, and on‑brand
  • Build relationships with power users, VIPs, and community influencers
  • Plan and execute community events, AMAs, competitions, and engagement campaigns
  • Gather community insights and feedback to share with product, marketing, and leadership
  • Monitor sentiment, identify trends, and proactively address issues
  • Develop community guidelines, playbooks, and engagement frameworks

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years’ experience in community management, engagement, or customer‑facing digital roles
  • Experience in online gambling, gaming, crypto, or fintech (or strong interest in these sectors)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • Comfortable managing fast‑moving, high‑volume online conversations
  • Data‑aware mindset- you understand what good engagement looks like and how to measure it
  • A proactive, people‑first approach
