Imagine sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial. You will own critical external partnerships from first technical conversation through to successful field deployment.

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling breakthrough hardware technology from prototype to real-world impact.

We’re looking for a commercially astute, technically credible operator who can combine structured thinking with hands-on delivery.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead technical scoping conversations and convert qualified opportunities into active partnerships.

  • Translate complex engineering capability into clear, aligned partner requirements.

  • Own delivery across field trials and early deployments, ensuring performance meets expectations.

  • Build trusted relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders, including government-adjacent organisations.

  • Establish repeatable partnership processes that enable scale as the business grows.

The ideal candidate has experience in hardware, engineering, or deep tech environments, thrives in ambiguity, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.

It’s end-to-end ownership of partner outcomes in a company moving from prototype to product at a pivotal growth stage.
