The Role

Put simply, your focus is to generate high quality leads that convert.  You'll:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team across Australia and the UK.

  • Own digital performance across paid media, SEO, CRO, content and website experience.

  • Drive integrated, full-funnel marketing spanning brand, awareness, acquisition and early tenure.

  • Manage media and performance agencies with strong commercial accountability.

  • Turn insight and data into actions that reduce CPL and improve conversion velocity.

  • Deliver highly segmented and localised marketing strategies across regions and states.

  • Partner closely with sales, CX, operations and product.

  • Lead integrated campaigns, activations, events and launches.

  • Report on performance with speed, clarity and recommendations.

What You Bring

 

  • Deep expertise in digital or growth roles with a strong lead-gen track record.

  • Proven people leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Deep hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics and optimisation.

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate at pace.

  • A track record of building and scaling digital performance engines.

  • Strong analytical capability (GA4, GSC, GTM etc.).

  • Experience managing agencies and driving accountability.

  • Experience improving full-funnel efficiency.

  • Familiarity with CRM, automation tools and AI-enhanced marketing.

  • Experience designing events, activations or localised marketing.

  • Comfort working with diverse audiences across regions.
