The Role
Put simply, your focus is to generate high quality leads that convert. You'll:

Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team across Australia and the UK.

Own digital performance across paid media, SEO, CRO, content and website experience.

Drive integrated, full-funnel marketing spanning brand, awareness, acquisition and early tenure.

Manage media and performance agencies with strong commercial accountability.

Turn insight and data into actions that reduce CPL and improve conversion velocity.

Deliver highly segmented and localised marketing strategies across regions and states.

Partner closely with sales, CX, operations and product.

Lead integrated campaigns, activations, events and launches.

Report on performance with speed, clarity and recommendations.
What You Bring

Deep expertise in digital or growth roles with a strong lead-gen track record.

Proven people leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Deep hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics and optimisation.

Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate at pace.

A track record of building and scaling digital performance engines.

Strong analytical capability (GA4, GSC, GTM etc.).

Experience managing agencies and driving accountability.

Experience improving full-funnel efficiency.

Familiarity with CRM, automation tools and AI-enhanced marketing.

Experience designing events, activations or localised marketing.

Comfort working with diverse audiences across regions.
