Job Description
As Principal you’ll operate as both architect and commercial lead – selling, shaping, and delivering analytics-led engagements end-to-end. You’ll work with regional leadership to win new business while also running complex delivery across data, AI, and customer innovation. It’s a high-trust, delivery-first culture that values autonomy, commercial instinct, and technical credibility.
Most projects are based in Sydney or Melbourne, with occasional regional engagement across APAC.
This is not a staff-augmentation firm. We’re looking for someone who can bring structured thinking, sell complex analytics work, and lead high-impact delivery with banks, insurers, and digital-first BFSI clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8–12 years' experience in strategy consulting / BFSI analytics
- Proven track record of delivering and co-selling complex data/AI work
- Deep understanding of FS – credit, fraud, loyalty, pricing, customer growth
- Strategic thinker with the discipline and pragmatism to drive execution
- Comfortable leading hybrid teams across product, data science, and engineering
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne, with ~3+ days/week in-office or on-site
This is a leadership track role with clear growth to Partner. You'll work directly with a tight-knit senior team focused on building capability across APAC. The scope is broad – fraud, credit, GenAI, customer strategy – but unified by the goal of delivering sharp, tech-enabled business outcomes.
