  • Developing a best practice multi channel marketing blueprint to amplify the brand and identify, attract and retain target customer segments in each geography
  • Delivering cutting edge digital initiatives, showcasing your expertise in best practice methodologies to drive compelling online experiences
  • Developing best in class CRM workflows
  • Driving price, product, place and promotion strategic planning
  • Showcasing your expertise in brand development
  • Leveraging and interrogating what the data is telling you and make effective decisions
  • Coaching and mentoring a tight-knit team to deliver individual, customer and business success
  • Championing the marketing efforts across the leadership team and using their know-how to influence the strategy
 

This role will tempt a strategic yet hands-on B2C marketer from a scale-up environment that can leverage their strategic planning expertise and highlight their:

  • Expertise in working across multiple global markets
  • Track record in driving sustained growth through integrated and full funnel customer marketing initiatives
  • Deep expertise in CX/CRM
  • Analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to delve into and interrogate data
  • Leadership skills and ability to build and nurture relationships across a diverse team both locally and offshore
  • Ability to make decisions that count and deliver programs of work to agreed timeframes
