π What Youβll Be Doing
As the frontline lead for Desktop & End User Support (Level 1 & 2), youβll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations.
Your day-to-day will include

Supporting enterprise IT devices, systems, and infrastructure
β
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, and AV hardware
β
Installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining IT environments
β
Managing incidents and service requests through ticketing systems
β
Performing upgrades, preventative maintenance, and emergency support tasks
β
Deploying software and hardware across user environments
β
Supporting remote sites when required (travel may be involved)
β
Assisting users with onboarding and IT orientation
β
Contributing to technical documentation and process improvements
β
Ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained
π― What Weβre Looking For
Technical Skills & Experience
β 2+ yearsβ experience in Desktop / PC Support
β Strong experience supporting Windows 11 environments
β Experience with ITSM / ticket management platforms (ServiceNow highly regarded)
β Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, LAN networking, Fibre/Ethernet
β Exposure to enterprise IT environments and infrastructure support
β Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
β Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
β Certificate-level IT qualification or equivalent experience
